Terms of service
These terms govern the relationship between Fifth Season (hereinafter "the Contractor") and individuals or legal entities ordering the design, manufacture, installation or service of premium pergolas, glass systems and shading.
1. Orders and contracts
Every order is confirmed in writing through a contract that defines the scope of work, materials, timelines, price and payment terms. An order is considered accepted only after both parties have signed.
2. Warranty
The Contractor provides a 10-year warranty on aluminium structures, motors, louvres and fixings. The warranty applies on condition of proper use and adherence to maintenance instructions.
3. Maintenance and service
Within the warranty period, the annual preventive inspection is free of charge. Response to critical issues — within 24 hours. Out-of-warranty repairs are performed against a pre-approved quote.
4. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Bulgarian law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court.
