Somfy motor
Somfy is the motor of choice for automated glass systems. Linked through a belt-and-pulley with bearing-mounted side caps — the glass weight transfers to the columns, reducing motor load.

Guillotine glazing
The glass is 8 mm tempered or 20 mm double-glazed. Glass panes travel vertically on three-channel rails. The up-and-down motion is driven by a robust Elatech belt, roller pulleys and a motor that work proportionally. The first row of the system is fixed glass — the remaining panes function as a balustrade when all are lowered.
Frame with hidden seals
The glass is framed by a durability profile that maximises system performance. Wind seals are discreetly hidden in the side channels.
Front cover
Easy removal for motor inspection without dismantling the glass. Inner sealing and channel fixings eliminate vibration noise in wind or operation.
Italian Elatech belt
Purpose-designed belt reinforced with steel cords — lifts up to 500 kg. Pressed with our in-house production tooling (no screws) — zero risk of breakage.
Upper rail — safety
A movable upper rail covers the minimum gaps between panes, giving a monolithic look and preventing trapping.
Lower rail — insulation
Better insulation against heat, sound and liquids. Eliminates measurement errors and simplifies installation.
